Welcome

Dosbarth is a popular and successful recruitment agency established in 2016 by a local and experienced teacher who provides a more local and personal alternative to large corporate agencies. Based in Llandysul in west Wales we work with over 80 schools across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire supplying them with teachers, teaching assistants, LSA’s and support staff.

Since 2016 Dosbarth has been quietly paving the way of supply teaching across West Wales with our unique, bilingual, dedicated and experienced (education and recruitment) team.

We are an agency established and managed by teachers and education specialists for teachers, support staff and schools. At Dosbarth you are not a number you are a part of our team. Therefore our sole aim is to listen to schools, teachers and support staff to understand their needs and requirements which will then help us to provide schools with supply staff that they will want back time and time again, building strong working relationships between schools, teachers, and consultants.

Why Dosbarth?

We are a locally-based recruitment agency situated in Llandysul, providing supply work to teachers across West Wales. (Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion).
Since 2016 we have successfully placed over 500 teachers and supports staff, in day to day, short term, long term or permanent positions.
If you are an NQT, established primary or secondary school teacher, we will provide individual career guidance and support and match you to suitable schools.
Local work in local schools, whether that be daily supply, short term, long term or permanent positions.
We believe that supply teachers are hugely important in ensuring the continuation of education.

We listen carefully to the requirements of both teachers and schools.

Our office staff are proud and passionate about our Welsh Language. Every member of our office staff, are fluent welsh speakers therefore feel free to contact us through the medium of Welsh or English.
